… these are just three of the words that can describe the EUROPARC Conference 2023! From October 2nd to 5th, 498 people involved in nature conservation and development gathered in Leeuwarden to present A Tribute to Our Landscape: Where Nature and People Meet in Harmony.

A week full of presentations, workshops, inspirational sessions, a Landscape Festival, and excursions was concluded with an unforgettable evening celebration.

The entire logistical organization of this international conference was managed by Congress Bureau Friesland. With one and a half years of preparation and a flawless execution, we received an average score of 9.1 from the participants for the organization.
